Day 1: Bengaluru to Nanjangud

The cordial welcome at Yesvantpur Railway Station at about 8:30 a.m.
Departs YPR in the morning at 09:45.
As the train arrives in Nanjangud at 1:30 p.m., lunch is served on board
Move to Bandipur Wildlife Sanctuary at 2:45 p.m. (an hour and 30 minutes drive).
Evening wildlife Safari (04:30 hours to 06:30 hours).
Return to the train by 8:15 p.m. and have dinner onboard as the train proceeds to Mysore.
Overnight on the train at Mysore

Day 2: Mysore

Breakfast on the train.
Go for the sightseeing tour of Mysore Palace
Return to train for the lunch
In the evening, you can visit Srirangapatna (optional)
Dinner will be served on board.

Day 3: Hospet

Breakfast onboard.
Visit Hampi's ruins.
Return to the train for lunch onboard.
The evening is at leisure.
Dinner on board
The train proceeds to Bengaluru.

Day 4: Bengaluru

Enjoy breakfast.
Reach Yeshwantpur Railway station as this magical journey ends in Bangalore.

Half fare for children between 5 and 12 years.
As per the Govt. of India norms, Service Tax @ 5% is levied on the prevalent tariff.
Christmas and New Year being the peak holiday season calls for a 10% surcharge levied on all departures.

20% of ticket value at the time of confirming the booking.
Remaining 80% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure.

5% of the ticket value will be deducted if cancellation is made until 60 days prior to departure.
20% of the ticket value will be deducted if cancellation is made between 30 and 59 days prior to departure.
50% of the ticket value if cancellation is made until 15 – 29 days prior to departure.
100% of the ticket value will be deducted if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to departure.

The Golden Chariot does accommodate children but we ask parents to be mindful of the sophisticated adult atmosphere we endeavor to maintain.
One child up to 5 years of age shall be allowed free of cost in the Deluxe Cabin, subject to sharing of double bed with parents. This is subject to availability of double bed at the time of booking.
For families, with a child between 6-12 years of age, or, with two children with one child below 5 years and another between 6-12 years, we recommend the Presidential Suite which has a double bed in the bedroom and can be shared with a child below 5 years and a sofa cum bed in the living room which can accommodate the older child. In this case, the child/children will be accommodated free of cost.
In case of two children between 6-12 years of age travelling with their parents, you will have to take 2 cabins. The first child pays 25% of the adult fare and the second child will have to pay 50% of the adult fare. One of the parents will have to be present with the child / children in the cabin.
Please note that we do not have the facility for interconnecting cabins.
All applicable taxes will be charged extra.
